Message

P.E. I 10 cr.
An introduction of Physical Education and orientation to physical fitness activities and conditioning. Introduction to team sports with emphasis in basic skills and strategies for each sport. Flag football, volleyball, basketball, badminton, soccer, track and field, and softball are among the sports that may be covered.

P.E. II 10 cr.
A basic physical education course with emphasis in advanced team sports activities, skills, and strategies. Introduction to individual sports and carryover sports for life will also be taught in this course. Flag football, volleyball, basketball, badminton, soccer, track and field, and softball are among the sports that may be covered.

P.E. III 10 cr.
A physical education course emphasizing a blend of advanced team sports and advanced individual sports.

Varsity/CIF 1.5 cr. per quarter
The Varsity Program has been designed to develop a number of spiritual qualities, while enhancing skill development and teamwork. Christian ethics during competitive sports and spiritual leadership qualities are among the areas targeted for development. Sports will include, volleyball, basketball and golf. Each quarter students will be given the opportunity to try out for the Varsity team. Extracurricular policy applies for eligibility. Requirements: (a) Attendance at practice and games, (b) Varsity dues, $75 dues each participatory season (c) Active participation in annual fund raisers, (d) No F's or incompletes in a course or attendance for that season, (e) Intramural participation.
